Graham is a founding director of Hardy Milazzo. He is responsible for leading the retail portfolio of the practice. Graham is very experienced in Urban and Master Planning, and also imparts balance and insight across all major portfolios of the practice.

Graham’s core strength remains in his commitment to customer service and the desire for every client to be enthusiastically prepared to use Hardy Milazzo for future projects. With this in mind, Graham remains focused on building strong, genuine and long term relationships and is recognised for his ability to anticipate, then exceed, client aspirations and expectations. As a Director and committed team leader at Hardy Milazzo, Darren is responsible for the general running of Hardy Milazzo while still over viewing several key projects.

With over 27 years experience, Darren applies his expert knowledge to deliver great, yet practical design solutions. He believes that the design solutions he puts forward have a clear and profound effect on the way people react to their workplace, their leisure space or the public space around them. users, both clients and employees, should be at the centre of the design process to provide an integrated fit between people, place and purpose. Robert Bradley

Senior Architect

Rob believes design is the union of art and construction. Without a building being built, we only have art. Architecture is a serious responsibility. Daily, it impacts the emotions and attitudes of both occupants and passers-by.

The largest portion of his work is in Contract Documentation & Contract Administration. The trick is creating a triple win. Owners need effective, functional and sometimes inspirational buildings; we want solid design quality and the builder wants design that can be efficiently constructed. He is a tinkerer, a former metal fabricator, and many of his family and friends are tradesmen. This gives him an advantage in developing documents & site work.

 

De’Arne Matthews

Senior Architect

De’Arne is a Registered Architect with over 7 years’ experience.  Her responsibilities are to manage and deliver architectural projects through all phases of the delivery process in a team environment.

She is proactive, pays great attention to detail and is an excellent designer and documenter with an eye for quality. De’Arne has skills in design development, documentation and contract administration covering numerous portfolios including education, retail and commercial.

Geoffrey Hodge

Senior Architect

Geoffrey is a Senior Project Architect responsible for the design and delivery of a large range of architectural projects. He utilises clear communication and thorough consultation to understand the client’s objectives and achieve the best architectural outcomes.

Combining a love for detail, sustainable design and innovative design, Geoffrey is able to guide clients through the sketch design, documentation and construction phases of a project.

Amanda Rebbeck

Senior Architect

Amanda is a Senior Project Architect and heritage consultant with over 17 years’ experience.  She has been involved in a number of significant architectural projects in the commercial, education, residential and hospitality disciplines, including conservation works and Conservation Management Plans for some of the State’s most important buildings.

She has a keen eye for interiors and a strong design aesthetic. Amanda is hard-working, approachable, collaborative and passionate about design. She enjoys fostering strong client relationships and works well under pressure.  She can effectively manage budgets and deadlines, and is committed to contributing to a positive team environment. Jeremy Gryst

Graduate Architect

Jeremy has 10 years’ experience spanning architecture through to urban design, with involvement in several award winning residential and commercial projects. He has a particular focus on digital media, holding post-graduate qualifications in this area. Jeremy has a broad interest in all things creative and design related, a testament to his passion for architecture and penchant for bespoke design.

Prior to joining Hardy Milazzo, Jeremy was a Design Specialist for South Australia’s inaugural Government Architect at the Integrated Design Commission, involved in policy creation, design review and master planning. He has also worked with Adelaide City Council, as an Urban Design Consultant offering expertise around place-making projects and the creation of design guidelines for Adelaide.

Tom Michele

Graduate Architect

Tom is one of the newer members of our architectural team. He is quick to learn, very competent and has rapidly become an integral part of our practice. Tom is an enthusiastic designer with a focus on innovative design. His strengths lie in the disciplines of design, contract documentation, 3D visualization and graphics.

Tom is skilled at producing high quality documentation; he has been involved in a broad range of projects in our education, retail, commercial and residential sectors.

Diana van Hemert

Financial Administrator

Diana has been involved in managing the finances of various businesses for over 20 years. Her experience spans a number of commercial enterprises and industries, including building and furniture design.

Diana is knowledgeable in areas of accounting processes and software, human resources and taxation requirements. She is responsible for managing Hardy Milazzo’s accounting functions and is known for her accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
