HARDY MILAZZO NEW OFFICE

Working within the confines of a heritage listed façade we have re-invented the circa 1880’s ‘Bickfords’ building to be contemporary modern accommodation befitting an award winning architectural firm.

Honesty is the key word for this fitout. The original floor, walls and trusses have been reused and the general feel of the original building has been retained while a sheen of modern materials has been added to lift the entire area and make it feel special.
Vibrant colour has been used adjacent earthy tones to create a stimulating but inviting space. All new furniture, lighting and airconditioning have also been included.

We have added a full length mezzanine level to incorporate staff facilities and future growth.

A new light filled 3 storey void with a glass feature and lift has been created to link all the levels in the building.
