PORT ROAD DEVELOPMENT

The Port Road Historic Commercial Precinct consists of 3 separate commercial buildings and a car park built on remediated land contaminated with industrial waste products.
The first of the 3 buildings is the reuse and extension of a Heritage listed Church.

The two new buildings are both 3 storey commercial offices designed with great respect for the Heritage context and with a very strong Sustainable Design focus.

The 3 buildings and rear carpark deck form a cohesive and attractive commercial precinct in the rapidly developing Port Road context.
