Woodville GP Plus offers a family friendly environment with a child safe place, secured with a low fence barrier located adjacent to the medical receptionist for all-time monitoring of children.
Solar panels were used to supply power to the hot water system. Automatic light detectors were fitted to all external light fittings; this will help conserve energy consumption.

The new premises have approximately 5,000m² of lettable area distributed over 2 floors.
