Forming part of the iconic Port Road Historic Commercial Precinct, this building is set back in the site to defer to the more prominent Heritage Church and distinctive Council Library (previously designed by Hardy Milazzo).
The building’s mass is reduced by recessing the ground floor, with two ‘faces’, facing both Port Rd and the car-park, (from which clients will enter). Finely-tuned sunshades on each façade control heat and glare.
